CONCISE PRAYER TO VAJRADHARA
                  - some insights

A course based on the Bengar Jampal Zangpo's
much-loved, much-used prayer condensing the
very essence of Mahamudra,

presented by Ken Holmes in three parts:

1.  The Mahamudra lineage and its importance, both as a living
line of transmission within our time and space but also
as a universal manifestation. The prayer will be explored as
giving  a structure for the Mahamudra path and also as a
practice guidance.

2.  The turning away from ego and subsequent nurture by the
guru and the lineage: the "legs" and "head" of meditation.

3.  Undistracted attention to the true nature of mind: the "main
body" of meditation. The final realisation of the identity of
samsara and nirvana.
