    Important .. Please note: this is the real Karmapa, established according to the 16th Karmapa's predictions, Terton Chojur Lingpa's predictions and the 5th Gyalwa Karmapa's predictions. His installation is recognised by a majority of senior Kagyu lamas, such as the Tai Situpa, the Goshir Gyaltsabpa, Jamgon Rinpoche, Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, Kalu Rinpoche etc., by HH the Dalai Lama as well as by the heads of the other main Tibetan traditions - the Sakyapa and the Nyingmapa.
    Please do not be misled by the website of the young man Thaye Dorje (whose followers have taken the karmapa.org site name) whom the Shamarpa lama puts forward as being the Karmapa. That is a sad and sorry tale.
