The dharma person who does not crush the eight worldly concerns and who is talkative and rash always suffers.

The yogi who turns whatever arises into something helpful by knowing all to be mind is ever happy.
The dharma person who fritters this human life being bruised by distractions and carrying regret to the grave always suffers.

The yogi who always dwells in the natural space of the true nature of mind by having thorough realisation fully mastered is ever happy.
The dharma person who is a slave of desire, dissatisfied and making a show, always suffers.

The yogi whose life is the incessant flow of meditation experience, through all characteristics becoming self-liberated, is ever happy.
The dharma person who never examines mind itself; because of being caught up in its ideas; always suffers.

The yogi who has left behind worldly action and who is free from involvement and consideration is ever happy.
The dharma person who stores up grain, presents and nice things so as to foster kinship and intimacy always suffers.

The yogi who turns within, away from craving; and sees all as a conjuration, is ever happy.
The dharma person whose body and speech are enslaved on the paths of distraction, always suffers.

The yogi who mounts the steed of joyous effort and courses along the path to freedom is ever happy.
The dharma person who is caught up in time-wasting and weighed down by the great stone of samsara always suffers.

The yogi who cuts through the exaggerations of study and contemplation and watches the show of mind is ever happy.
The dharma person who mouths the Buddha's teachings but whose actual practice causes harm always suffers.

The yogi who has cut off hope, fear and doubt and who dwells uninterruptedly in the natural primordial purity is ever happy.
The dharma person influenced by others, image-conscious and artificial always suffers.

The yogi who has turned from all and ever practises pure appearances is always happy.
